Rosalyn Kilcollins is currently Coastal Training Program Coordinator at the Apalachicola National Estuarine Research Reserve (ANERR). The program provides training and technical assistance to decision-makers on priority topics, including growth and land use, watershed planning and stormwater management, wastewater alternatives, coastal hazards and climate adaptation, ecotourism, and sustainable practices. She previously worked 10 years with the Florida Coastal Management Program as a planner and environmental specialist. Rosalyn has experience as a planner, educator and environmental specialist in the areas of coastal management; comprehensive and land use planning; coastal, marine and upland ecology, and environmental studies.
