CARMMHA is a team of marine mammal health scientists conducting cross-discipline research that includes veterinary assessments of managed animals, field assessments with wild populations, and integrative statistical modeling to understand how the DWH oil spill affected Gulf of Mexico dolphins and whales.

Our research will be important for ongoing restoration efforts, and we will prioritize sharing our findings with the general public, resource managers, the broader scientific community, and Gulf of Mexico community youth groups.
