Mr. Mendoza’s research fields include remote sensing, and environmental and oceanographic monitoring as a support for development and management of PEMEX Exploration and Production activities on marine and coastal zones in the southern Gulf of Mexico. His projects include: environmental regionalization of areas influenced by petroleum in the Campeche Sound; continuous monitoring program of the Gulf of Mexico; and marine applications of remote sensing for environmental evaluations.
