Nearshore ocean wave processes: Surface gravity and infragravity waves transformation, non-linear interaction, trapping, breaking. Wave-current/seafloor interactions, sediment transport. Stochastic and deterministic nonlinear evolution equations. Dynamical systems. Time series analysis, stochastic processes. Generalized harmonic analysis (Fourier, Gabor, wavelet transforms). Computer simulations and modeling.
