I provide turnkey solutions to marine environmental challenges around the globe with a focus on the Caribbean.

In this effort, I support national and regional governments in the consultative formulation of regional strategic action plans to improve their sustainable development, protect their biodiversity, and help them become more resilient to climate change, while progressing towards the targets defined in the Agenda 2030.

I also provide technical assistance, capacity building and help strengthen proposals.

My strengths are coral reef resilience and restoration, mangrove restoration in challenging environment, monitoring, natural resources management, Environmental Impact Assessments (EIAs) and artificial reefs. 

I've worked with various universities and agencies in Europe, the Caribbean, the Middle East and Africa. I also have authored and co-authored numerous scientific papers and technical reports.
