Dr. Jordan is an Associate Professor at Loyola University New Orleans. His research focuses on behavioral ecology of fishes and invertebrates, spatial and temporal variation in organization of freshwater and marine nekton assemblages, development and testing of biological metrics used to evaluate success of restoration of wetlands in the Mississippi River delta and Florida Everglades, and monitoring recovery of endangered Okaloosa darters in northwest Florida.
