Dr. Grace Chen

Dr. Chen is a landscape ecologist and geographic information system analyst with Texas Parks and Wildlife Department, Coastal Studies Program. Her career objective is to link science and resource management through applications of analytical thinking and geospatial techniques, with an ultimate goal to develop spatially explicit models that can simulate ecosystem dynamics and provide a tool for management. Dr. Chen's areas of interest include freshwater inflow modeling and verification, watershed approach to resource management, and quantitative and geospatial analysis.
