Dr. Lorenz is a research scientist with the U.S. Geological Survey, Center for Coastal Geology. He is involved in various studies and research including
influence of hydrology on life-history parameters of common freshwater fishes from Southern Florida and response of Roseate Spoonbills nesting in Florida Bay to hydrologic restoration, as a performance measure of Everglades restoration.
