Dr. Lee Anderson Smith (1926-2012)

Dr. Lee Anderson Smith was a U.S. Marine, paleontologist and malacologist. Most of his professional career, after retiring from service, was with Exxon Research Center in Houston.

Relevant to the biota of the Gulf of Mexico, Dr. Smith has published the following:
