Jew-Lee I. Lann

Julie Irena Lann is working with HRI's endowed chair Dr. James Gibeaut in the Coastal and Marine Geospatial Lab. She serves as Programmer III. Jew-Lee is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Computer Science with a specialization in Information Assurance. Her Graduate work focuses on a series of key generation and encryption techniques for securing data over wireless networks. She received her B.S. in Computer Science, with an emphasis on programming, from the Texas A&M University of Corpus Christi in 2003. Other projects, including working with various State Environmental Agencies, to help aid in data management and disseminate information through web design, software applications and public outreach activities.
