William B. Baker

Mr. Bill Baker is the manager of Ecological Resources for Reliant Energy, Inc. He is also Chairman of the Texas Habitat Protection Advisory Panel for the Gulf of Mexico, Fisheries Management Council, President of the Board of Trustees for the Gulf Coast Bird Observatory, Member of the Florida Warm Water Taskforce for Florida Manatee Protection, Member of the Southern California Wetland Recovery Project Committee, Member of the Board of Trustees for the Galveston Bay Foundation, Member of the Board of Trustees for Armand Bayou Nature Center, Member of the Board of Directors for Keep Dickinson Beautiful, and Member of the Research Coordination Board for the Galveston Bay Estuary Program.

Mr. Baker is also a member of the Harte Research Institute for Gulf of Mexico Studies Advisory Council, Member of the South Texas Native Plant Restoration Project, and Member of the Clear Creek Wetland Restoration Task Force.
